Mart DeHaan is the grandson of Our Daily Bread founder, Dr. M. R. DeHaan, and the son of former president Richard W. DeHaan.

Having served at Our Daily Bread Ministries for over 35 years, Mart is heard regularly on the Discover the Word radio program and seen on Day of Discovery television. Mart often explores the Bible lands on the Day of Discovery television program, leading viewers through the places where Jesus walked and brings the stories and message of the Bible to life. Mart is also a contributing writer for the Our Daily Bread devotional, the Discovery Series booklets, and a monthly column and blog on timely issues called “Been Thinking About”.

He and his wife, Diane, have two adult children. Mart enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fishing or playing golf.
